United BioSource LLC in the United States seeks a dedicated Specialty Pharmacy Liaison to serve as the primary resource coordinating specialty pharmacies within HUB operations. You will manage SPs, conduct teleconferences, and maintain ongoing SP communication to support patient cases.

The role requires handling complex cases, reviewing SPP records, and addressing sales portal questions. You will collaborate with NCM to align service delivery and ensure timely patient care.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center environment.
• Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource managing the coordination of specialty pharmacies within HUB operations.
• Conduct teleconferences with each SP.
• Provide ongoing communication with SPs to manage each patient case.
• Identify complex cases and triage them to the next level for support.
• Review exceptions and restatement of SPP records.
• Support questions related to the sales portal.
