United BioSource Corporation is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison (SPL) to serve as the primary resource coordinating specialty pharmacies within HUB operations. You will manage SPs, conduct teleconferences, and maintain ongoing communication with the SPs and Sales Force HUB to ensure smooth patient access.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer service, PBM/healthcare experience preferred, and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of experience, or 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center.
• Previous experience in the PBM and/or healthcare industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary resource managing the coordination of specialty pharmacies within HUB operations.
• Manage SPLs by conducting teleconferences with each SP.
• Provide ongoing communication with SPs and the Sales Force-HUB as needed.
• Identify complex cases and triage to the next level for support.
• Review exceptions and restatement of SP records.
• Provide support for questions related to the sales portal.
