Job summary

Equip Health seeks a Specialty Partnerships Development Representative to expand clinical presence nationwide, identifying high-potential specialty clinics and initiating early partnerships. You will qualify opportunities, conduct exploratory meetings, and ensure seamless handoffs to regional teams for referrals, while maintaining rigorous data in Salesforce.

In this remote role, you will partner with field leadership, Marketing, and Clinical teams to align on target accounts and messaging,

Qualifications

2+ years in outbound sales, business development, partnerships, or healthcare outreach.
Experience with outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and building external relationships.
Ability to communicate with clinical/healthcare decision-makers.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

Research and prioritize high-potential specialty clinics and healthcare organizations.
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting tailored to clinical audiences.
Lead exploratory meetings to assess fit and referral potential.
Coordinate smooth handoffs to regional teams for active referrals.
Maintain pipeline data hygiene and track outreach in CRM systems.
Collaborate with regional sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams on targets and collateral.
