Job summary

Equip is a fully remote, nationwide provider expanding its clinical partnerships across specialty healthcare markets. As a Specialty Partnerships Development Representative, you will qualify opportunities, engage with high-potential clinics, and enable smooth transitions to regional teams, driving access to evidence-based eating disorder treatment.

You will work within the Clinical Partnerships organization to identify target accounts, coordinate multi-channel outreach, and nurture relationships

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales, business development, partnerships, or healthcare outreach experience.
• Ability to prospect, generate pipeline, and build relationships with external stakeholders.
• Strong communication with clinical, healthcare, or organizational decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools to track activity.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential specialty clinics and healthcare organizations.
• Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting tailored to provider audiences.
• Lead initial exploratory meetings to assess fit and referral potential.
• Coordinate handoffs to regional teams to advance qualified accounts toward referrals.
• Maintain data hygiene and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with regional leadership, Marketing, and Clinical teams on target accounts and collateral.
• Analyze pipeline data to optimize outreach messaging and handoff workflows.
• Contribute to scalable playbooks and standard operating procedures.
