Responsibilities

• Conduct regular sales calls by phone/email/video to learn client goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Secure existing re-orders through monitoring buying patterns and territory management.
• Maintain a robust new product pipeline and update progress in Salesforce.com.
• Gather pricing intel and customer pain points to negotiate new business.
• Stay informed on market and product offerings to provide value to customers.
• Identify customer potential and align with service level and sales channel.
