You will drive growth, manage existing accounts, and pursue new opportunities within Performance Materials, Health & Nutrition, or CARE Manufacturing segments. Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in a B2B environment.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Food or Nutra ingredient experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through regular sales calls to learn their goals, ingredients needs, and growth opportunities.
• Secure existing business re-orders through monitoring buying patterns and territory management.
• Manage a robust new product opportunity pipeline and update progress in Salesforce.com.
• Uncover pricing intel, buying drivers, and customer pain points to negotiate for and win new business.
• Stay updated on market and product line offerings to provide value and insights to customers.
• Identify customer potential and align with service level and sales channel.
