Job summary

Univar Solutions is recruiting for a Virtual Account Representative. This fully remote, home-based role covers a US-wide territory, focusing on existing accounts in Performance Materials, Health & Nutrition, or CARE Manufacturing, with quota responsibility and growth opportunities.

You will conduct regular sales calls, manage re-orders, and lead new product opportunities while updating Salesforce. A results-driven mindset and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in a B2B environment (HS Diploma/GED required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Active listening and problem-solving to uncover needs and overcome objections.
• Attention to detail and solid digital literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through regular sales calls via phone/email/video to understand goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Secure re-orders through monitoring buying patterns and effective territory management.
• Maintain a robust new product opportunity pipeline and update progress in Salesforce.
• Uncover pricing drivers and customer pain points to win new business.
• Stay updated on market offerings to provide value to customers.
• Identify customer potential and align with service levels and sales channels.
