LPi is seeking an energetic Specialty Advertising Sales Executive to help local businesses reach community audiences through LPi publications. This role blends new business development with ongoing account management, requiring travel to client locations.

You will prospect for advertisers, present print advertising opportunities, and nurture relationships through renewals. The position offers a base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commissions, remote/flexible field-based work, and travel about

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication for building relationships.
• Sales skills including prospecting, lead qualification, needs assessment, sales presentations, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% and meet customers at their locations.
• Three years of sales experience preferred, ideally in advertising, promotions, media, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by identifying and qualifying advertisers via outreach methods.
• Drive sales activity with a pipeline of prospective advertisers to meet revenue goals.
• Present advertising opportunities, discuss pricing, address objections, and close sales.
• Conduct in-person sales visits to client locations to present opportunities.
• Manage annual renewals and retention to secure long-term revenue growth.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding advertiser participation and revenue.
• Coordinate advertising sales schedules for publications and accounts.
