Job summary

LPi is hiring an Inside Sales Executive for a remote role, selling digital and print advertising to churches, nonprofits, and small businesses. You will drive revenue by connecting local businesses with customers through trusted channels.

The position offers first-year earnings potential of $64k–$74k with a guaranteed base pay of $19.25/hour, plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonus incentives under a pay-for-performance plan.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to identify and generate new sales leads.
• High-volume outbound calling to local and regional businesses.
• Effective lead qualification and urgency creation for closing.
• Ability to build relationships and present advertising solutions.
• Maintain detailed records in Salesforce CRM.
• Manage pipelines and achieve daily/weekly goals.
• Process orders and ensure ad content delivery.
• Submit customer payments and stay informed on promotions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls (75–100 per day) to local and regional businesses.
• Qualify leads, assess potential, and create urgency to close sales.
• Build relationships and present tailored advertising solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity using Salesforce.
• Manage sales pipelines, prioritize tasks, and hit goals.
• Process accurate sales orders and ensure ad content delivery.
• Collect and submit customer payments.
• Stay informed about current promotions, deadlines, and industry trends.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment to exceed targets.
