Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• 7+ years of labor & employment law experience.
• Active California bar membership in good standing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including strategy and pleadings.
• Draft and review motions, depose witnesses, and represent clients at hearings.
• Supervise and mentor attorneys while collaborating with a nationwide team.
• Work on administrative charges, demand letters, EPLI matters, and employment litigation.
