Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in your state of residence.
• Minimum 6 years of labor & employment experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support employer-side clients on administrative agency matters from review to resolution.
• Draft clear, persuasive position statements.
• Respond to agency requests for information and inquiries.
• Communicate with clients and agency representatives throughout each matter.
• Represent clients in remote mediations and settlement discussions.
• Utilize data-driven technology platforms and workflows to ensure efficiency.
