Larson Maddox is seeking an Employment Counsel to handle administrative charges in a fully remote role nationwide. The position offers a high compensation range ($140,000–$175,000) plus bonus potential and a favorable work model with reduced billable hours.

You will manage intake through resolution of agency charges, draft position statements, and support clients in settlements and mediations using a technology-driven platform designed for efficient, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of labor & employment law experience.
• Experience handling administrative agency charges and investigations.
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and client management skills.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Comfortable using technology and AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative agency charges from intake to resolution.
• Draft position statements and respond to agency inquiries.
• Represent clients in settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Provide strategic counsel throughout the process.
• Work with employers using a tech-driven platform.
