HirePath Network is seeking motivated Spanish-speaking candidates for a fully remote sales role with training, mentorship, and a path toward leadership. You’ll connect with families, explain protection options, guide applications, and follow up by phone and Zoom.

The position offers weekly commissions with an annual earning potential of $65,000–$100,000, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses and renewal commissions. Training and a leadership path may lead to mentorship opportunities as you progress.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus, not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and willingness to learn.
• Age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Complete training and obtain the required state professional license before conducting licensed activities.

Responsibilities

• Connect with families who requested information about protection options.
• Explain available solutions and guide applications.
• Follow up by phone and Zoom.
• Mentor new representatives as you advance.
