HirePath Network is hiring a Spanish-speaking Virtual Sales Associate. This fully remote role offers potential annual earnings and a clear path to leadership, with training and mentorship provided.

You will engage families, guide applications, and maintain CRM records, while developing sales and leadership skills in a supportive, remote environment.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish; English a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated attitude; comfortable working remotely.
• Age 18+ and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Willingness to complete training and obtain required state license before licensed activities.

What You’ll Do

• Understand client needs, explain available options, and guide applications.

• Follow up with interested clients and build lasting relationships.

• Keep accurate records using our CRM and digital tools.

• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.

• As you advance, explore opportunities to mentor new representatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus, not required.

Compensation & Support

Weekly performance-based commissions, with annual earning potential of $65,000–$100,000, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses and renewal commissions.

Compensación y Apoyo

Comisiones semanales según desempeño, con potencial de ingresos anuales de $65,000–$100,000, más bonos mensuales y trimestrales y comisiones por renovaciones.
