Job summary

HirePath Network is hiring for a remote advisor role in the United States. You will meet Spanish-speaking families by phone and Zoom, explain protection options, and guide them through enrollment. You will build long-term relationships, earn referrals, and maintain organized CRM records while taking advantage of ongoing training and mentorship.

This independent contractor position offers weekly compensation with training and licensing guidance, plus ongoing bonuses as you grow through renewals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Has a computer with a webcam and reliable internet.
• Self-starter, organized and coachable.
• Customer service or sales background is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families by phone and Zoom to discuss enrollment.
• Explain protection options clearly and guide enrollment.
• Build long-term relationships and earn referrals.
• Keep organized records and follow-ups in our CRM.
