HirePath Network is hiring a Customer Care & Sales Representative to work 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will handle a mix of client care and consultative sales with bilingual support, focusing on Spanish-speaking families. You’ll receive weekly commissions with a first-year average of $45,000–$75,000, plus bonuses and renewals.

No cold calling; work with interested clients from provided leads. Training is included; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills with a calm, professional attitude.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Must have computer, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Willing to obtain a professional license (guidance provided).

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients by phone, video, email, and messages.
• Understand families' needs and recommend options.
• Explain questions clearly and guide enrollment.
• Follow up to build long-term relationships and referrals.
• Document interactions in the CRM and meet team goals.
