Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Has a computer with a webcam and reliable internet.
• Self-starter, organized, and coachable.
• Customer service or sales background is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Spanish-speaking families by phone and Zoom to provide information and enrollment guidance.
• Explain protection options clearly and guide families through enrollment.
• Build long-term relationships and earn referrals.
• Keep organized records and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Grow through ongoing training and mentorship.
