Nadia Care is hiring a remote Bilingual (Spanish) Member Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for new members. You will welcome families, conduct the initial intake, educate them on Nadia Care services, and enroll them into care pathways before handing off to a Maternity Navigator.

The role requires 3–5+ years in patient onboarding or healthcare navigation, fluent English and Spanish, and comfort with CRM tools and scheduling software.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in patient onboarding, member engagement, or healthcare navigation (Medicaid populations a plus).
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, virtual tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Acuity, Spruce, EHRs).
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• First Visit & Onboarding: conduct up to 7 virtual Welcome Visits per day and educate members on Nadia Care services.
