Job summary

Nadia Care, a mission-driven startup delivering maternal and family support nationwide, is seeking a remote Bilingual (Spanish) Care Guide. As the first point of contact for new members, you will welcome families, conduct the initial visit, educate about services, and complete intake, setting a warm tone for their pregnancy journey.

This full-time hourly role follows ET schedules Mon/Wed/Fri 8:30-5:30 ET and Tue/Thu 11:00am-8:00pm ET, with benefits including health coverage, PTO, stock options,

Qualifications

• Experience in patient onboarding, member engagement, or healthcare navigation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Comfort with non-technical terminology and building rapport.

Responsibilities

• First Visit & Onboarding: conduct up to 7 Welcome Visits daily, educate on services, and identify urgent needs.
• Care Team Warm Handoff: coordinate with Maternity Navigators and clinicians for smooth transitions.
• System Documentation: log interactions and schedule visits in CRM/EHR systems.
