Job summary

Advanced Systems Group (ASG) is seeking an Instructional Designer (Spanish-speaking) to design and deliver engaging eLearning content for remote learners in the US. You will lead cross-functional efforts, craft courses for K12 and higher education audiences, and ensure content aligns with strategic priorities.

The role requires 5–8 years of TE learning design experience, strong portfolio, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience designing, developing, and testing learning products.
• 1–2 years of visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Portfolio showing educational eLearning products built with HTML5 or similar tools, plus interactive instructor-led trainings and slide decks.

Responsibilities

• Use creative design thinking to address user experience challenges and find effective solutions.
• Develop engaging eLearning courses for K12, Higher Education and instructor-led formats using rapid authoring tools.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Design and implement innovative standards for eLearning experiences.
• Provide guidance and act as a consultant throughout the production process.
• Create large-scale training programs that are engaging and accurate.
• Develop assessments and quiz questions to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams to ensure content aligns with company priorities.
