Shockingly Different Leadership's Instructional Designers work in a fast‑paced project environment driven by business results, stakeholder value, and teamwork. As an SDL Instructional Design Consultant, you will collaborate with subject matter experts ("SMEs") to design and deliver high quality instructional content that reflects the learning goals of our SDL clients. You will demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, content development, and evaluation to measure the success of materials and programs.
