Job summary

Advanced Systems Group (ASG) is seeking an Instructional Designer (Spanish-speaking) to design and deliver engaging eLearning content for remote learners in the US. You will lead cross-functional efforts, craft courses for K12 and higher education audiences, and ensure content aligns with strategic priorities.

The role requires 5–8 years of TE learning design experience, strong portfolio, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Portfolio showing educational eLearning products built with HTML5 or similar tools, plus interactive instructor-led trainings and slide decks.

Responsibilities

Position Details

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience in designing, developing, and user testing learning products
• 1-2 years' visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish
• A portfolio showing original educational eLearning products built with HTML5 or similar tools, interactive instructor-led trainings and slide decks.
• Practical knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets)
• Hands-on experience building advanced eLearning with Evolve or Articulate 360
• Familiarity with instructional frameworks (ADDIE, Rapid Release, storyboarding)
• Experience meeting company standards for presentation design, copywriting, and editing
• Comfortable using project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Google Sheets)
• Track record of leading large-scale projects, maintaining consistent messaging, and meeting deadlines

Bonus Points

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or similar field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Evolve (or New Evolve)nad/or Articulate 360, and Intellum LMS
• Skill with video editing tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere
• Experience developing interactive instructor-led training (ILT)
