In this remote role, you will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with product and development teams to escalate unresolved problems.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in health technology or healthcare.
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of health technology applications.
• Exceptional customer service skills with an empathetic approach toward client challenges.
• Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is a plus.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote work environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• A passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the health technology space.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding technical support to Spanish-speaking clients using HealthTech products via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues affecting health technology applications.
• Assist clients in understanding product features and functionalities to enhance their usage and satisfaction.
• Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the development and technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and share relevant feedback.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Remain updated on industry trends, product developments, and advancements in health technology to provide informed support.
