Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems is seeking a Finance Business Manager to join the Program & Operations team. The role can be based in Palo Alto, CA or remotely in the US, supporting Program Office teams in budgeting, monthly reporting, proposals, and variance analysis.

You will collaborate with the CFO and senior executives to ensure cost control, drive financial planning, and contribute to program strategy across multiple projects and auxiliaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years in a Financial Analyst role or factory cost/schedule management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers on cost and schedule performance and financial stability.
• Advise PMs on business and financial decisions.
• Assess financial, technical and schedule risks and opportunities.
• Conduct weekly program assessments and risk reconciliation of costs and EAC forecasts.
• Develop monthly EAC, risk and reserve walk and mitigation strategies for changes.
• Provide program and cost center metrics to support decision making.
