Defense Unicorns is hiring a Mission Director to lead full-lifecycle capture and new-customer acquisition within the US Space and defense ecosystem. The role owns opportunity qualification, capture planning, win strategies, teaming, and proposal support for government pursuits.

Remote from the US with 20–30% travel, the position reports to Business Development and offers strong growth in national security engagements.

Competenze

• Experience in full lifecycle capture and wins strategy
• Strong communication and leadership for executive audiences
• Familiarity with DoD/Space Force acquisition processes

Mansioni

• Drive new Mission Hero acquisition across the Space ecosystem
• Develop and execute capture plans, win strategies, and competitive positioning
• Engage government stakeholders, primes, and ecosystem partners
• Understand DoD acquisition timelines and funding across branches
• Lead teaming arrangements and translate capabilities into win themes
