Defense Unicorns in the United States seeks a Mission Director to own and grow cyber operations opportunities from discovery through contract award and execution. You will build trusted relationships with Mission Heroes, shape solutions, and lead teams to deliver contracts across the portfolio with accountability for outcomes.

This full-time, remote role requires strong domain knowledge, commercial judgment, and experience in defense programs. Travel ~25–40% may be required.

Competenze

• Experience in the Cyber operations domain or a closely related defense environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition, contract vehicles and negotiation.
• Proven ability to own revenue-generating activities and drive portfolio growth.
• Ability to lead teams and manage contracts through full lifecycle.

• Identify and develop net-new Cyber operations opportunities and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Own a quota and grow a diversified portfolio of business.
• Define customer problems and shape solutions using Defense Unicorns products and acquisition approaches.
