SMA America, the U.S. subsidiary of SMA Solar Technology AG, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Southwest. The role is remote and field-based, covering Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Hawaii.

You will drive market share by building distributor partnerships and targeting solar/storage installers with travel across the territory. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales/account management, strong presentation skills, and a technical background.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a sales or account manager role.
• Current residence in the Phoenix, Los Angeles, or San Diego metropolitan area.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to travel frequently across the territory, including Hawaii.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with Authorized Distributors in the territory.
• Identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
• Prospect solar and energy storage installers with distributor partners.
• Increase SMA sales by engaging key installers and expanding distributor share.
• Represent SMA at residential/commercial PV and storage events and conferences.
• Develop strategic alliances with partners through authorized channels.
