Soligent is the largest pure play solar distributor in the Americas. We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead new business development and manage strategic accounts in Southern California from a remote location.

You will be the face of Soligent to customers, driving growth with a high-energy, adaptable team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires travel up to 50% and a strong focus on delivering value to installers and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Expert in NetSuite, MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business to meet specified sales goals.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Serve as liaison between customers and operations staff.
• Communicate information about products, services, and policies to clients.
• Maintain knowledge of solar industry product information and updates.
• Attend trade events and team sales meetings to drive growth.
