Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of sales, business development, or account management, preferably in wholesale/building products.
• Strong experience in hardscape, natural stone, masonry, porcelain, outdoor living, and dealer/distributor channel.
• Familiarity with the southeastern U.S. market, including GA, NC, SC, FL, TN, and AL.
• Experience working with dealerships, wholesalers, and showrooms.
• Knowledge of architectural or construction specifications.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, forecast sales, and develop strategic growth plans.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to regularly travel throughout the Southeast territory to develop distributors, landscape supply yards, garden centers, hardscape dealers, contractors, architects, and strategic accounts.
• Develop the Southeast territory by acquiring new accounts, adding untapped markets, and creating new opportunities.
