- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key commodities, components, and finished goods.
- Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard domestic and international suppliers.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract development, and commercial discussions.
- Build strong supplier relationships that support quality, delivery, innovation, and cost objectives.
- Evaluate supplier performance and drive accountability through metrics and improvement plans.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support new product introductions and growth initiatives.
- Align sourcing strategies with operational requirements and business objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Monitor market trends, commodity movements, and supply chain risks.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to mitigate disruptions and improve resiliency.
- Analyze supplier capabilities, market conditions, and total cost opportunities.
- Improve sourcing processes and supplier performance programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Support supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives.
- Travel approximately 25% annually, with increased travel during key project phases.
- Be a key contributor to company growth and innovation.
- Influence sourcing strategy on a global scale.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Experience sourcing internationally and developing global supplier networks.
- Proven contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience utilizing ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience sourcing HVAC, mechanical, manufacturing, or electronic components.
- Knowledge of global trade regulations, logistics, and supplier risk management.
- Experience supporting new product development and product launches.
- Understanding of Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) principles.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.
- Spanish language proficiency.
