Job summary

AirReps, a Daikin division, seeks an Account Manager to drive profitable revenue growth by developing relationships from design through closeout. You will balance individual and team performance, protect margins, and expand market share in alignment with AirReps and manufacturer strategies.

The role requires 5–7+ years in HVAC sales, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HVAC, or Construction, and the ability to travel to work sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of HVAC contracting business.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents/drawings.
• Strong customer service and relationship management to generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with AirReps growth priorities.
• Build relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Drive basis-of-design and specification activity for VRV, heat pump, and decarbonization solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and target accounts.
• Represent AirReps’ manufacturers professionally in the market.
