Experience: Minimum 5-7 plus years of sales experience in HVAC Industry
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HVAC, or Construction Field (or equivalent, relevant industry experience)

Salary: This position is compensated through a 100% commission-based structure and includes a recoverable draw against future commissions.
Actual Earnings will vary based on individual sales performance. OTE is estimated based on expected performance and is not guaranteed.

Subject to Washington State minimum wage requirements, compensation will meet or exceed all applicable state and local minimum wage requirements for hours worked.
