Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise for the Southeast to lead a team of enterprise sellers across the southeastern U.S. The role centers on territory strategy, sales execution, and forecast accuracy to drive revenue growth.

You will partner with renewals, marketing and sales ops to align go-to-market plans with business goals and build a high-performing regional sales motion with strong pipeline health.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of field sales and sales operations experience.
• Proven success leading account-focused sales teams.
• Track record of exceeding revenue and sales targets.
• Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives across the southeastern U.S.
• Create and execute territory and industry plans based on market dynamics.
• Establish a sales operating rhythm with clear qualification standards and accurate forecasts.
• Manage sales forecasts and regional growth strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with renewals, marketing, and sales operations to ensure pipeline health.
• Recruit and onboard sales talent while maintaining a future hiring pipeline.
