Maverick Group US LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to grow revenue across the Southeast, focusing on North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. This field-based role blends account management, technical sales, business development, and full territory ownership.

The ideal candidate has CNC machining experience and can discuss production challenges with machinists, engineers, and plant leaders. Significant travel is expected, with Charlotte, NC as the home base.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in CNC machining, CNC manufacturing, or related processes.
• Customer-facing experience in technical sales or applications engineering.
• Ability to discuss manufacturing processes and technical solutions.
• Experience selling into manufacturing environments, including CNC tools or related tech.
• Proven ability to develop new business while managing existing accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow sales throughout the Southeast territory.
• Manage and expand relationships with dealers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Develop new business via referrals, networking, LinkedIn, calls, emails, and visits.
• Identify end-user opportunities and engage manufacturers directly.
• Identify retrofit, inspection, measurement, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Understand customer processes and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Present technical products to engineers and plant leadership.
• Conduct customer visits, demonstrations, and regional events.
• Collaborate with internal resources to support customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasting, and contact data.
• Monitor competitive activity and seek opportunities to win business.
