Job summary

Rennco, part of ProMach, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow packaging machinery sales across the South Central region. The role is remote with preference for Dallas/Ft. Worth or within the South Central region.

You will drive new business, manage a multi-state pipeline, and lead ROI-driven sales processes from discovery to close, partnering with engineering to deliver tailored solutions and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in capital equipment or industrial sales.
• Packaging, automation, or related industries are preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and grow market share across a multi-state territory.
• Build and manage pipeline through prospecting and distributor relationships.
• Lead consultative, ROI-driven sales processes from discovery to close.
• Partner with engineering and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
