Job summary

Rennco, part of ProMach, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow packaging machinery sales across the South Central region. The role is remote with preference for Dallas/Ft. Worth or within the South Central region.

You will drive new business, manage a multi-state pipeline, and lead ROI-driven sales processes from discovery to close, partnering with engineering to deliver tailored solutions and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in capital equipment or industrial sales.
• Packaging, automation, or related industries are preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and win new business.

Rennco is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow packaging machinery sales across the South Central region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Western Tennessee).

Location preferred: Dallas/Ft. Worth or within the South Central region

This is a great opportunity for a hunter-style sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and closing complex capital equipment deals.

What you’ll do:

• Drive new business and grow market share across a multi-state territory
• Build and manage pipeline through prospecting and distributor relationships

• Partner with engineering and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of capital equipment or industrial sales experience
• Background in packaging, automation, or related industries preferred
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and win new business
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 70–75%
