Qualifications

• 7+ years of sourcing or product development experience in furniture.
• Deep knowledge of upholstery construction and fabric/yarn/materials.
• Established relationships with textile mills, domestic converters, or furniture manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing strategy and supplier relationships for domestic Made to Order upholstery and fabrics.
• Translate cost drivers into savings; negotiate terms, prices, and capacity.
• Manage development projects across a high SKU count with cross-functional teams.
• Lead fabric development, mill management, and compliance for performance and durability.
