Job summary

Lulu & Georgia is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own the supplier base for domestic Made to Order upholstery and fabrics. You will manage a large SKU count and partner closely with Product Development, Design, Buying, and Compliance to move projects from concept to production.

This hands-on role requires deep expertise in upholstery materials, mills, and domestic converters, plus strong negotiation and project management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sourcing or product development experience in furniture, with Made to Order upholstery and fabrics.
• Deep knowledge of upholstery construction and textile sourcing, with established relationships at mills and domestic converters.
• Proven negotiation results on first cost, terms, and margin improvement; ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier strategy and relationships for domestic Made to Order upholstery and fabrics.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Sourcing and cross-functional teams on strategy and planning, including international partnership exploration.
• Build and manage relationships with mills and converters to support upholstery and curtain programs.
• Evaluate supplier Matrix and onboard new partners with quality, capacity, and lead times needed for growth.
• Lead design-to-supply alignment, cost targeting, and supplier scorecards with quarterly reviews.
• Oversee fabric development from concept to production with mills and converters; ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage production timelines, compliance, and quality to protect launches and delivery dates.
• Travel domestically at least quarterly for development, audits, and partnerships.
