Lulu & Georgia is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Made to Order upholstery and fabrics. This remote US role partners with the Senior Director of Sourcing, Furniture and Lighting to own supplier relationships and drive cost, quality, and lead time improvements across a growing SKU count.

You will lead fabric development, negotiate terms, and coordinate with product teams to deliver premium upholstery pieces. Domestic travel quarterly is required and you will influence the category with hands‑on

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sourcing or product development experience in furniture.
• Deep knowledge of upholstery construction.
• Experience managing a high SKU count across multiple suppliers.
• Established relationships with textile mills and domestic converters.
• Willingness to travel domestically quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing strategy and supplier relationships for domestic Made to Order upholstery and fabrics.
• Partner with the Senior Director on international partner strategy and planning.
• Build supplier scorecards and lead regular business reviews to resolve issues.
• Travel domestically quarterly to factories and mills for development and quality audits.
• Develop negotiation strategies on cost, terms, and capacity commitments.
• Manage fabric development, mill partnerships, and fabric approvals.
• Oversee production timelines and compliance for Made to Order items.
• Support sustainability initiatives with suppliers.
