• Experience in product design with hardlines focus.
• Proficiency creating tech packs and technical drawings for production.
• Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts across hardlines that reflect brand.
• Create vendor-ready tech packs for lighting, furniture, décor and seasonal items.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and documentation accuracy.
• Translate concepts into materials, finishes, dimensions and construction details.
• Ensure ergonomics, scale, structural integrity and manufacturability.
• Create or support 3D models and renderings to communicate intent.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, Merchandising and vendors.
• Maintain organized records of revisions and product updates.
