Job summary

Everyday Dose in Austin, TX (remote with hybrid option) is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own procurement across ingredients, packaging, and branded merchandise. You will run RFQs, qualify suppliers, negotiate terms, manage POs, and drive cost savings while ensuring quality and compliance.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Retail, balancing cost, lead times, and supplier performance in a fast-moving D2C environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related role in consumer brands.
• Experience purchasing materials and working with international vendors.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with lookups and pivots to build cost comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Qualify suppliers and collect COAs, specs, certifications, and compliance docs.
• Manage cost-saving initiatives, RFQs, quotes, and negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms.
• Coordinate landed costs with Finance (freight, duties, tariffs).
• Own POs from creation to closeout and ensure accuracy with invoices.
• Track supplier performance, risk, and continuous improvement.
