Job summary

Everyday Dose is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage daily and weekly inventory planning, purchasing, and production coordination for a growing D2C brand. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and spans overseas ingredients, domestic co-manufacturers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouses.

This fully remote position offers a hybrid option for candidates in Austin, TX, with responsibilities including supplier performance tracking, cycle counting, and FEFO management to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, or related operations.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and scenario modeling.
• Experience coordinating with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, contract packagers, or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage inventory across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Support S&OP inputs, scenarios, and monthly cycle outputs.
• Maintain planning models and tools with formula-driven approaches.
