Job summary

ALTOUR, a division of Internova Travel Group, seeks an experienced Travel Operations Leader to direct a travel agent team and drive customer service excellence across our global client base. You will coach, develop schedules, monitor performance, and partner with other departments to ensure program success and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in travel, strong Sabre GDS expertise, and outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in the travel industry.
• 5–7 years’ customer service experience.
• Proficient in designated Sabre GDS.
• Strong knowledge of international travel.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of travel agent team with coaching and development to optimize performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Support client satisfaction, retention and profitability objectives.
• Create schedules and monitor attendance, coordinating coaching sessions with Work Force Analyst.
• Collaborate with Director of Service Delivery and Account Management to ensure program success.
