Hawthorne Health is seeking a Clinical Imaging Quality and Data Compliance Analyst to support clinical operations. You will manage data from visits, ensure timely uploads to the Hawthorne platform, and collaborate with Cardiology and sonography teams to maintain data integrity.

Ideal candidates hold dual cardiac/vascular registration with 2–4 years of sonography experience and 1–2 years in clinical trials and data management.

Qualifikationen

• Dual registered: cardiac and vascular required.
• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences-related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of sonography experience.
• 1-2 years of clinical trial and data management experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Strong skills with technology, tools, operating systems, and software.
• Strong organizational skills with ability balancing priorities and resources.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Experience with EDC systems (Oracle Clinical and/or Medidata Rave) preferred.
• Experience training sonographers preferred.

Aufgaben

• Post-Visit Data Management: ensure data from visits is uploaded to Hawthorne platform within timelines.
• Review project data within timelines and deliver data to key stakeholders.
• Communicate timelines with in-house Cardiology and sonography teams.
• Request and manage source/data corrections as needed.
• Upload/enter data to third-party platforms (e.g., echo images).
• Review and resolve data queries and participate in database lock activities.
• Perform regular quality checks of data (ALCOA+).
• Escalate or mitigate data issues per Hawthorne standards.
• Work with multiple software programs and assist in adverse event identification and reporting.
• Train, mentor, and coach other sonographers; maintain project TMF and documents.
