Job summary

Hawthorne Health is seeking a dual-registered cardiac and vascular sonographer with clinical trial data management experience to support the clinical operations team across multiple sites in the United States.

You will oversee post-visit data management, ensure data quality, and maintain TMF documents while mentoring sonographers and collaborating with Clinical Research Managers. This role emphasizes data integrity, regulatory compliance, and hands-on data entry in third-party platforms.

Qualifications

• Dual registered cardiac and vascular sonographer with 2-4 years of sonography experience.
• 1-2 years of clinical trial and data management experience, plus knowledge of GCP.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and technology skills, with experience in EDC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-visit data management, including uploading echo images and entering data into third-party platforms.
• Review data for completeness, quality, and integrity, resolving queries and escalating issues as needed.

• Perform data management activities for clinical research projects in accordance with Good Clinical Practices and applicable procedures.
• Provide project support to the clinical operations team, reporting to Clinical Research Manager(s).
