Hawthorne Health, Inc. is seeking a Remote Sonographer - Clinical Imaging Quality Analyst to support data management for clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with GCP and timely data delivery.

The role collaborates with cardiology and sonography teams, oversees data queries and QA, and mentors other sonographers while maintaining TMF documents and utilizing EDC systems such as Oracle Clinical or Medidata Rave.

Qualifications

• Dual registered in cardiac and vascular imaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred.
• 2–4 years of sonography experience; 1–2 years clinical trial/data management.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Experience with EDC systems (Oracle Clinical, Medidata Rave) preferred.
• Strong technical proficiency with various software/tools.

Responsabilités

• Post-Visit Data Management: ensure data uploaded to Hawthorne platform within timelines.
• Review project data and deliver to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with in-house Cardiology and sonography teams on timelines.
• Request and manage source/data corrections as needed.
• Upload data to third-party platforms (e.g., echo images).
• Review and resolve data queries; perform regular quality checks (ALCOA+).
• Escalate data issues per Hawthorne standards.
• Use multiple software programs as needed.
• Identify potential adverse events and notify stakeholders per safety timelines.
• Maintain project documents and TMF; train/mentor other sonographers.
