Job summary

Hawthorne Health seeks a dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographer to conduct in-home imaging visits across the United States. The role involves regional travel, setting up portable ultrasound equipment, and obtaining informed cooperation from participants.

Applicants must hold active cardiac and vascular imaging registrations, have 3+ years of recent sonography experience, and be willing to travel. A valid driver’s license, BLS, and strong bedside manner are required.

Qualifications

• Active registration in both cardiac and vascular imaging is required.
• 3+ years of recent sonography experience in cardiac and vascular imaging.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally and a valid driver’s license.
• Full-time or near full-time availability.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes to conduct in-home cardiac and vascular imaging visits.
• Set up portable ultrasound equipment and ensure proper labeling of images.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participants.
• Perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging per protocol.
• Maintain quality standards per ASE guidelines and document preliminary results.
