Job summary

Hawthorne Health seeks a Remote Sonographer - Clinical Imaging Quality & Data Analyst to support data management for clinical trials. You will work with the Post Visit Data Management Team Lead and Clinical Operations to ensure timely data capture and quality.

The role requires a current cardiac sonography registration and experience with data systems like Oracle Clinical or Medidata Rave. Remote work across the U.S. is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences is preferred.
• Cardiac credential required (RDCS/RCS) with vascular creds preferred.
• 2-4 years sonography and 1-2 years trial/data management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure visit data is uploaded to Hawthorne platform on time.
• Review project data within timelines and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cardiology/sonography teams on timelines.
• Manage data corrections and data queries as needed.
• Upload data to third-party platforms and review ALCOA+ data integrity.
• Support database lock activities and training of other sonographers.
