Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking an Imaging Manager, Clinical Operations to lead imaging across preclinical and clinical programs in a remote-capable role within the contiguous United States.

You will oversee ultrasound, MR, CT, fluoroscopy, and other modalities, manage core labs, vendors, and SOP governance, ensuring data readiness for regulatory submissions. You’ll design imaging components in study protocols, drive quality control, support audits, and coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and internal

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in preclinical/clinical imaging
• Experience in regulated research environments (medical devices/biotech/CRO)
• Proven SOP/protocol author and staff training experience
• Vendor lab management including reviewing SOWs and budgets
• Strong data integrity and多-system data flow experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Lead imaging modalities technical resource across studies.
• Oversee image acquisition and quality control for safety and performance studies.
• Design imaging components of study protocols with study leads and R&D teams.
• Author and maintain SOPs for imaging procedures and data handling.
• Support audits related to imaging data and procedures.
• Act as primary imaging contact for stakeholders and CROs.
• Communicate progress and constraints clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Manage imaging repository governance and user access levels.
• Plan imaging software updates, migrations, vendor transitions, and downtime risk.
• Monitor core lab performance against SOWs and timelines.
• Track imaging submissions across sites and ensure data integrity.
