The role requires deep experience in solutions selling, product-customer alignment, and collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and finance to enable growth and transformation of the sales function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–11 years experience in solutions sales or related field.
• Preferred 12–14 years experience in senior sales/leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy for solutions-based sales initiatives that align with long-term objectives.
• Directs groups to execute complex sales enablement initiatives and integrated value-selling models.
• Designs solution packages by combining products, services, and digital tools.
• Develops insights from customer feedback, benchmarking, and performance metrics.
• Implements systems to track and improve solution sales effectiveness across lifecycle.
• Advises product and engineering teams on client trends and needs.
• Coordinates with alliance partners to expand joint offerings and education activities.
• Coaches senior sales professionals on consultative selling and negotiation.
